Delete your account

You can delete your Paraklet account at any time. Deleting it removes your account and the data linked to it, and can't be undone.

In the app (fastest)

1. Sign in to Paraklet (the app or paraklet.app).
2. Open My account and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted straight away and you're signed out.

By email

If you can't sign in, email tennyboluwatife@gmail.com from the address you use with Paraklet, with the subject "Delete my Paraklet account". We'll confirm and delete everything within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, sign-in details and profile (name, goals, age, height, weight, gender).
• Everything you logged: meals and meal photos, saved meals, sleep, workouts, goals, check-ins, shopping lists and recipes (with photos), and generated affirmations and guidance.
• Cycle and pregnancy details, if you added them.
• Messages with your coach, and your coach's notes and sessions about you.
• Shopping-friend links and devices registered for notifications.
